We believe shared living is the best way to live. Not the cheapest option. Not a fallback. The best. Entriway manages single-family homes where working professionals live together as housemates. Each home features furnished common areas, fully equipped kitchens, high-speed internet, and amenities like pools, outdoor living spaces, and entertainment areas.

The reason most people don't live with housemates is because the experience has historically been poorly managed — unreliable landlords, uncoordinated households, and neglected homes. We fix all of that. Our mission is to make shared living something people are proud of, not something they settle for.

What We Do

Entriway is a residential property management company specializing in shared housing. We lease single-family homes to groups of adults who live together as housemates under one residential lease. All housemates in a home are co-tenants on the same lease, and each housemate pays their share of the household rent — one predictable monthly payment.

We handle the things that make shared living work: property maintenance, professional lawn care, pest control, pool service, high-speed internet, and coordination of household utilities. When something breaks, we manage the repair. When a service is needed, we coordinate it. Our residents get the benefits of shared living without the headaches of managing a household themselves.

Our Homes

Entriway operates 10 professionally managed shared homes across Plano, TX and the surrounding north Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our homes are located near Legacy West, Toyota headquarters, Capital One, and the broader Dallas tech corridor — making them well-positioned for professionals working throughout the metroplex.

Each home is a single-family residence in a residential neighborhood. We furnish the common areas, maintain the landscaping, service the pools, and handle property upkeep. When work is needed, we use licensed professionals. Our goal is for every Entriway home to be one of the best-maintained homes on its street — a place our residents are proud to live in and our neighbors are happy to live next to.
