Every applicant goes through a consistent screening process. All homes are in residential neighborhoods in Plano, TX. Each bedroom is private, and each home is leased under a single residential lease agreement directly with Entriway.

All prospective residents go through an application and screening process. We want every home to be a good fit for everyone living there.
Finding and placing new housemates is our responsibility, not yours. Your lease terms and monthly payment are not affected by another housemate's departure. We handle the transition.
