No. Entriway does not operate short-term rentals. Our residents are housemates under a long-term residential lease. This is not a hotel or vacation rental.

Yes. We furnish common areas, maintain the landscaping, service the pools, and handle property upkeep. When work is needed, we work with licensed professionals. We want every Entriway home to be a place our residents are proud to live in and our neighbors are happy to live next to.

Every applicant goes through a consistent screening process. All homes are in residential neighborhoods in Plano, TX. Each bedroom is private, and each home is leased under a single residential lease agreement directly with Entriway.

Housing costs have risen significantly across the country, and many people are looking for a better option than living alone in a small apartment. Shared living gives residents access to a full-size home — with a yard, a real kitchen, common areas, and amenities — at a fraction of what it would cost to rent the same home alone. When you find housemates on your own, you're responsible for the lease, the bills, replacing someone who moves out, and managing the household. Entriway handles all of that. We maintain the home, coordinate services, manage the lease, and screen residents so that every household works well together. Our residents get the benefits of shared living without the headaches of managing it themselves.

Our residents are adults who want to live in a quality home with others. People choose shared living for many reasons — community, affordability, convenience, or simply because they prefer not to live alone. Our residents come from a wide range of backgrounds.

All prospective residents go through an application and screening process. We want every home to be a good fit for everyone living there.

Finding and placing new housemates is our responsibility, not yours. Your lease terms and monthly payment are not affected by another housemate's departure. We handle the transition.
